No issues for me, bikes only used a few times a year (two and four stroke) and stored outside under covers from around November to Feb/March, no gumming up or corrosion but I do put Ethomix fuel stabiliser in the petrol generally and a bit extra over winter. Bikes start easily

Sadly due to the fumes in the garage when I turned on the lights a spark ignited the petrol and the shelf is no more. I now push all my bikes round with dry tanks. It avoids unecessary explosions and is saving me money too. Top tip for 2019! :beer:
