Resurected South Kent Meet

Well, The first resurrected, South Kent meet went okay, it was nice to meet a couple of new members, not quite the turn out I expected but it was encouraging, seeing the weather conditions, six members attended plus two young ladies. The landlord made us welcome and provided us with a nice little room to hold the event. There was some feedback as to what the members want, ride outs etc with some interest in continental tours, I am hoping to follow up all the input later, we have been invited by the East Kent Advance motorcyclists to have a stand at Lydden race track on the 22nd April which I feel, we should accept, if we can find a flat spot to have a stand.
The next meet will be on the 3rd April, hopefully we will get more members to turn up for this. I am trying honestly hope to see you all then.

Yes it was a good evening and nice to put a few faces to some of the Kent forum members.

Great pub, friendly landlord with a good selection of ales straight from the barrel and the steak and ale pie was superb

For those who could not make it last night, try and come along on the 3rd April - the weather may be a bit better and at least it will be lighter for the ride out.
