Now in the middle of Deutschland on our way home and it hit 35 degrees! Got lost the other day so flagged down the German police for assistance, nice and helpful even though armed to the teeth!  And more

Stayed at Heilbronn, near to nsu factory( an excellent museum) it has a wonderful astronomical clock on the town hall(1547) as good as the famous one at Strasbourg . Down a country lane in Luxembourg passed a Royal Enfield dealer! Relaxing at Viadend before making a rush to Calais! Good beer round here!

You should have popped in to visit Otto Werle who organised the 2007 International while you were there.
