Very encouraging start, thank you. 17 entries on page one in the forum and page 2 has been started. The file will be sortable Excell type. You will understand, an entry for an AJS model will also apply to the equivalent Matchless model and vice versa. If there appears to be duplicate entries, that is when more than one person has made the same reply.. I will update the file on completion of each page on this forum. A pattern is already forming, what ever the bike you ride, an N5C Champion plug would be a good spare to carry. Here is a PDF file of the forums page one.

1954 G80S running with NGK B6ES with no problems. I tried an Iridium plug which seemed to improve starting for a while but lost its benefits after a short while and ran worse than a normal plug.

edited - changed to B6ES - I should put my glasses on first!

Champion N5C on both G11CS and 500 singles for me. Thinking about a hotter grade for the G11CS though as it fouls up a bit trickling around town. Cannot get on with NGKs
