I simply get inner/outer from my local family m/c shop, the nipples I make, adjusters from old broken cables and buy the furrells[this speltcorrectly?]/ end caps normally from the same place, they can be made in the lathe if push comes to shove. kind regards
oh I normally go one size up from standard my view is there is less stretch/compression in a larger cable

Vehicle wiring products sell most of the parts by mail order, alternatively both Venhill and JJ sell an individual diy kit, JJ normally have them at Kempton together with all of the loose accessories/adjusters.
