Thanks for the advice. Not removed the hub caps but the grease is exiting OK through the inner bearings where there is no seal so must be getting some grease. I don't have the time at the present to open up the hubs and find a seal to fit. I have the trailer up ended on a wooden bogey (takes up less space) under cover and following advice you posted on another thread when I walk past I usually spin the wheels.

Had it all out the week before last to check the lights and hook up to the Matchless; all good.

Finally got round to taking a photo of my three Tecalemit grease guns.

I'll put them in the Photos/Postwar singles labelled Tecalemit grease guns - inventive ain't I?

Strange to say I re-tried one of the old ones and managed to get three shots into the front wheel bearing but I do recall it was hell putting it back together after I thought I'd got some grease in the gun.

I've bookmarked this thread and will see if I can improce my technique.
