Came across this photo of Marlon Brando on the set of 'The Wild One', I've not seen before, what do you think it is ?

Marlon Brando astride a British Matchless twin cylinder motorcycle– its ‘M' logo badge is actually upside-down to resemble a ‘W', which makes sense since it belonged to stunt rider “Wally” Allbright. Lifted from Pinterest

Isn't it the bike ridden in the film by the "bad guy", Lee Marvin". That had the "W" badge, if I remember correctly. Nice picture!

Most parts are 1953 but 1956 G11 engine I built it ten years ago as a copy

I don't want to swear on an open forum, but I think Lee Marvin rode a Harley. The W badged Matchless can be seen in the background in the fight scene.
