Sorry, but I think this is an insular mentality. There is no harm in allowing access to view the projects and what did you do forums. If you want to encourage new blood, then you need to create the desire. And stopping people from viewing the very thing that may draw people in, is really short sighted.

I tend to agree with this. We're a dying breed and some new faces and ideas would be a good thing too.
