We only just missed the team award by 0.4 seconds , beaten by the lambretta team

Class 2: Peter Gibson – 1946 Matchless with 3 penalty points

Class 3: Alan Ross - 1955 BSA with 2 penalty points

Class 4: David Garrett – 1965 Lambretta with 5 penalty points

Class 5: John Dudley – 1953 Vincent Outfit with 23 penalty points

Notes:

Chris Pile finished with an actual total of 1.9 seconds compared to Alan Ross' 2.0 seconds. So, although they both had 2 penalty points, Chris takes first place overall by 0.1 of a second.

Team AMC also finished on 17 points, but combined time and slalom penalties came to 17 exactly compared to the Odd Mod Squad with 16.6. 3 Riders, 4 runs each and only 0.4 of a second in it, unlucky guys.

if we had won the team award as well I was going to buy a round at the Jampot , but unfortunately we missed out by 0.4 seconds . remind me next year !
