That's an old photo Neville, taken on the balcony at Stafford, we both look young!

Such a common occurrence that I note that the AA now exclude vandalism from the cover they offer for AA membership. I expect they count catalytic converter theft as vandalism.

To finish this thread as expected my car was written off by the insurance company. Only 16 years old, 124,000 miles on the clock, a dent or scratch on every panel except the roof and they paid me £650 less the excess. Sad to see it go but they are introducing a Controlled Parking Zone here soon and it would probably have been sold for less!
