I saw that. Just one tiny little detail that's put me off splashing out .....

Would be nice though, with a very high grin factor I should imagine :D

Happy New Year to all.

I realise most of us might be grumpy old men who frown upon teenagers with scooters buzzing about, or driving Corsas with an exhaust the size of a dustbin these days.

However, wouldn't it be great to upset the neighbours firing this beast up on a Sunday morning!!

We're still teenagers at heart I reckon

Very interesting as engineering and racing nostalgia but I'm happy just to view the 'notable' bikes of others at events or once every five years at Sammy Miller's or the NMM.
I wouldn't know what to do with it apart from swathing it in padlocks 'n chains, WD40 and dust covers.

Remember when you used to get one of them old bikes off an old bloke for a couple of hundred quid who needed a bit of space in his shed . I've never bought a bike as an investment opportunity and apart from the value of restoring don't really get why they're so expensive. I know someone's going to say rareity but considering you can buy or have bits manufactured with relative ease these days it still doesn't justify the price to me.

I've got a bad cold and feeling grumpy today.
