The French TV channel TF1 presented yesterday an excellent and touching report about Captain Tom. What an excellent initiative, and what a success, due to his charisma. Low hat Mr MOORE !

Certainly a game old chap and deserving of full recognition for his magnificent effort.

Haven't seen a distance equivalent though the event has become symbolic of his grit and determination rather than the laps done.

He is due a Spitfire flypast on his 100th birthday, coming up on the 30th April.

Interesting program on ITV last night, showed Sir Tom as a true Motorcyclist, not enough time spent on the motorcycles, the only other person I recognised was Ben Walker from Bonhams.
