What tranfers are suitable for "pear shape" lids

Post by JEAN-NOEL »

Hello
I wonder which transfers are correct for H.W 63 - on with pear-shaped lids. I did not find anything regarding them in the relative parts list. AMOC Parts states two kinds of Laurel M...n° 09188 & 09210. I looked in Roy BACON's book : some photos show a transfer on pear shape lids, but others do not. And sales brochures sometimes show the Laurel M, but not always ! I am therefore hesitant to know if I should use these transfers or not. Does anyone have any clarification ?

For '63 on you need the larger 09210 on the oil tank or oil tank shield only. The toolbox lid does not have one.

Hello James and Peter,
You have met my expectations perfectly. I will be able to finish the restoration by placing the icing on the cake! (In France we say : the cherry on the cake...)Thank you very much for your help.
Kind regards.
