Hi All
I need the two screws that hold the clamping plate to the bottom of a MCR2 regulator, are they 2BA and 4BA?

Yes. 
One of each. The 2BA screw has a shoulder to fit the plate. The 4BA screw is jusn ordinary cheese head. I suppose they're odd so it will go back on the same way.
