I couldn't get on for about three days. My phone is a Sony. I couldn't get on with the iPad either. It also included the spares site as well.

Originally the only people who reported a problem were those with an iPad or iPhone connection -this is what led to this little survey.

However over the weekend following more testing and checking, I have found that the problem (for at least two of the members) was that our firewall that prevents hackers getting in was also stopping some of our legitimate members. After making some changes to our firewall some of the members who had a problem were now accessing the systems with no problems.

If you are still having a problem connecting -

1) how come you are reading this....!
2) send me an email to webmaster@jampot.com telling of your public IP address

You can get your public IP address by opening up Google.com and typing in the search box the phrase "whats my IP"
A number in the format of 12.34.56.78 will be displayed - I can then check that number against our firewall to see if it's preventing you from access.

Thank you to the members who helped during the testing in identifying both the problem and resolution.
