Yesterday I took the M16 for it's longest run since the tidy up. That was a bit of an adventure as a mate's new Royal Enfield had a puncture so I followed him home slowly with his missus on my pillion.

My 350 was vibrating a little more than usual. It took me right back to being a teenager with my Jelly mould tank Continental.

When the engine bolts needed nipping up the Conti tried to shake my teeth out.

I went round with my 5/16 and 3/8 spanners and sockets today. Let's just say they had bedded in, despite using Loctite on every thread! All part of the fun of riding such a machine.

I did wonder why my mate's new RE twin didn't have a centre stand though. He had no means to remove the wheel as he doesn't own a paddock stand (yet).
