I found a couple of slightly loose bullets. I then decided to have a go at repairing the old ammeter.
That doesn't jump all over the place like the Chinese Lucas one. It's British made with a glass lens.
It's showing a good charge with or without the lights on, and I refitted the LEDs.
We'll see.
