Spares parts promoted on home page.

Post by Rob Harknett »

I have just noticed on the home page, you see some spare parts promoted. Note these two parts.
Shock absorber spring 000703. If you have a pre 1952 bike this part may / will, be listed as old part number STD703. Also Timing side axle 000760 will be old part number STD760. The last time I checked club spares, I found over 300 parts listed, that were used from as long ago as the late 1920's. To find these parts, check the old part number here. http://archives.jampot.dk/book/Spares_l ... ements.pdf
If it converts to a new 6 digit pt. no. check club spares to see if is available. You will need to look for its new part number on club spares. Also order the part using its new pt. no. This had to be done back post 1952 when AMC made the new pt. no. changes.
