What washer .. monobloc attaching

Just about to replace the carb, after fitting new needle jet, and realized there are no washers for under the nuts.
The parts catalogue doesn't illustrate any, but does list PartNo. 000012.
What type of washer should be there please?

000012 is a 1/4" standard plain washer.
