No connection other than I know the geezer and that he is honest, reliable and an enthusiast too. If you do use him he'll probably send me a picture of the bike as he knows I'm similarly smitten.

Thank you :)

In case you've overlooked it, here's the one I posted earlier...........

I think all couriers are under pressure at present with full depots etc. so if you want to be 100% confident I'd suggest giving Jerry Fiford a call. He's a thoroughly good chap in S. London, a classic bike fanatic and races classic Hondas. He runs a (still) busy personal nationwide bike collection/delivery service for dealers and privately. It's a long shot but worth a call as although it wouldn't be cost effective just for your bottom end he might be able to combine it with one of his trips.
He has done several for me and only knows me as Spriddler.

Mr Tiernan was a friend of my dad's when he was originally in Kesgrave back in 1978, before he moved to Martlesham then the present building.

I wouldn't go near him if you paid me after the way he treated me when I bought a bike off him as a teenager. I did some work for him in 1981 as well.

Thanks anyway. I feel happier getting that off my chest!
