Front chaincase seal

Post by Stuart Jenkins »

Hello all,
I'm 300 miles into the running in of my G3L and have taken off the outer steel primary chaincase to check chain tensions etc and generally inspect inside, all is good so putting back together.
I'm using one of the newer neoprene case seals (arrow head profile), which has been oil tight, and wondered if these can be reused and still provide a good seal or should they be replaced (I have another on the shelf)?
Many thanks
Stuart
