Hello again, I've got one of those Indian repro Lucas DU42 headlights on The Beast and am considering chucking some LED type bulbs in it. I came home from the North West meeting last night guiding by the gentle glow of the prince of darkness! I digress. Looking on flea bay I see that there are positive earth bulbs available. I am however confused by the fittings and not sure which fitting type is suitable for mine.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Cheers, Chris

No, with the little power it uses I didn't bother. Not had any issues on the 4 bikes that use them.spookefoote1956 wrote:Cheers, did you buy the High Beam Light Kit Fix as well?

Do you have the means to regulate the unwanted output if using led's? Or maybe that doesn't apply to your bike.Expat wrote:Vouch for them too, bright and very white.ajscomboman wrote:BPF fitting and I use the dynamoregulatorconversions.com double dipper LED.
