Agree, my double dipper flickers on main beam on tickover but is okay when on the move. Dipped beam doesn't flicker at all.
Also added a separate earth lead.

Flickering not a bad thing over here, gets the stoopid car drivers attention, you can buy modulators to do the same thing to rear and headlights.

all LEDs will flicker if the supply voltage drops too low
and very quickly go out altogether unlike a filament bulb that gets dimmer

I was lucky with my LED#s that they work from 6 - 36V so on 12v are always good , and on the 46 G80 a mechanical regulator and gel battery keep voltage up above 6v so give a brilliant light
a lot of LED only work from 9V and upward

Which do you use? Also, have you tried smoothing it out with a capacitor?
Fix it until it's broken!

Otherwise how will
anything get done?
