1949 AJS 350 Rigid/Tele

Would someone be able to tell me where the prop stand spring on my 1949 AJS 350 Rigid/Tele, locates ?
It is currently attached to the bottom rear crankcase stud but it doesn't look right.

In the two holes in the opposite frame tube.Same as all the other heavyweights. Difficult to find initially, but have a look at everybody elses at the next club meeting
