Can anyone recommend replacement flexible oil pipes for my 1961 G3LS, to connect the tank to the crankcase fittings. The old black ones have gone hard, and, on replacement following rebuild, are leaking on joining the c'case fittings, even when jubby clips are fitted. Not being a purist I did wonder about clear braided pipe - keep an eye on the oil circulation. Also the size of the pipe diameter, please. Is it possible to add a sealant to the thread of the return outlet copper fitting as this also seems to be weeping slightly? I have had a rebuild of damage re overtightening,( previous owner!) so am aware of the dangers. Any advice welcomed.
Thanks, Tony

Re: Replacement oil pipes
1/2" bore, available from the spares scheme about £2.50 per foot.

Thanks for your reply Dave, but that pipe specifies for the twin - are they the same?
