Heavyweight forks?

Post by dicsaer »

Hi,I am looking out for Fork sliders for my G80CS 1954,I was knocked of my bike by another idiot on a bike coming the other direction coming over the white line and colliding with me on a sharp right hand bend, which he had totally lost all control on bike.Could anyone confirm to me if the 1-1/8” sliders would fit on 1-1/4” forks(twin lugs) without any modification, which I need to replace as well.Richard.

Yes, they'll fit, only the bushes are different.

Is it the plastic bush pt no 022700 you mean?If so I might be able to use existing bushes if they aren't damaged.Richard.
