I think virtually all computers working on windows will have paint. if you right click on the photo, "open with" and then paint it will open up. Then from the home section click "resize", "pixels" and put 500 in the horizontal box. This will give you a decent size picture for our website. if you don't wish to change your original remember to use save as.
