spark plug

hi all, 1956 350cc, NGK B8E S is the spark plug that is in the engine, is this correct? i need to know spark plug and gap you'd recommend? thanks

I'd prefer Champion N5 set at 22thou.

And another vote for Champion, only plug to have failed on me in these motors is an NGK. I run NGK in the modern stuff and it's all good.

I suppose its a 50/50 split btn NGK and Champion, but I prefer to go with a smaller gap btn 18 and 20 thou for magneto models.

Years ago we were on our way to a camping trip in Wales. Stopped for a break and one member's 16ms was hard to start. Removed the plug which was an ancient NGK FE80 with the biggest gap I'd ever seen! Fitted my spare N5 and it started 1st kick. :D

I think that will be KLG FE80 original fitment to many of our bikes.

Is a KLGFe70 suitable for a g80 Only my mate has a couple of boxes of new old stock ones .
