Did you notice I have a post war head on it? It also has an amp metre Made in USA. It spent it's wartime on a Suffolk USAF bomber airfield. Mileage under 10K.

Did you change the head Rob? When did you acquire the bike?

I got the bike several year's ago. It came with the post war head fitted also a dual seat. When I brought the bike there was an old boy present. He said, I remember going to work on an old pillion seat years ago. I think it's still in the shed. He came out with the pillion seat and the saddle. I asked if the head was in the shed, it was not. I do have a complete top end for it.
