Don't think the seals are offering much friction at the moment .. the one on the adjustment side doesn't grip the spindle at all ..

Wheel seems to freed itself off a fair bit overnight and spins much easier, but spindle doesn't respond to further persuasion ..

would like to put a squirt of fresh grease in, but my only grease gun has the modern connection .. any idea which thread the grease nipple has, so I can look for a longer nipple with the modern head?
