My dad bought this 1955 AJS Model 20 new from Pikes/Pykes of Plymouth. It is still on the DVLA records as unlicensed. I was wondering if anyone knows of it's curret location and condition.
Thanks

Re: KJY 683 AJS Model 20
Hello
My dad passed away recently and I would love to find his old bike and possibly buy it back. According to the DVLA website it was last on the road in 1983 so it might be out there somewhere....
Any help would be gratefully received.
Thanks
Chris.

Re: KJY 683 AJS Model 20
Sorry to hear that, I came to the forum for a similar reason. In my case I never did manage to track down his bikes but, after a small gap of 12 years , I'm now the very proud owner of an AJ, riding in his tyre tracks and enjoying every second of it!
Good luck, I hope you can track it down and maybe even acquire it.
