1957 G80 Desert Sled

Post by gears77 »

Hello all,

New to this forum. I have worked on a lot of Matchless over the years. Right now I am in search of..

Does anyone know who bought this bike or where it went? It was sold at Mecum auction in Las Vegas 2015. I am super interested in this particular machine. I am hoping that if anyone would know where it is,, it would be you all.

https://www.mecum.com/lots/LV0115-20089 ... sert-sled/

I look forward to any leads at all. Maybe any Matchless guys in the States that might have a lead?

Many Thanks,

You could try contacting Mecum as an interested buyer, they may want to try and facilitate the sale by contacting the current owner (not unheard of)
Fix it until it's broken!

Otherwise how will
anything get done?
