This is on ebay at the moment
I can see that bits have been added but I noticed the tubes for the side panels under the battery tray are missing - is there any thing else to identify it?.
(if anyone here is interested in bidding on it then let me know and I'll shut my mouth!)
Is this a CS frame? Is this a CS frame?

Re: Is this a CS frame?
Looks more like a butchered standard G2 frame to me.

Re: Is this a CS frame?
Agreed.
The swing arm is definitely not for a CS. The rest of the pictures are not detailed enough (in the areas that matter) to tell....
The easiest way to identify the front frame is that the swing arm mount is wider for a CS and the rear sub frame mounting (above the swing arm) is in line with the swing arm on the timing side on a road frame but inset on a CS frame. The rear sub frame is also wider than the road version. There is no difference in the number sequence for a lightweight CS (no C) but the club has the records to tell whether the frame number is a CS or a road bike.

That's a lot of money for a butchered frame then!

Re: Is this a CS frame?
This is not a CS frame , looks to be an early 59 butchered G2 /14 frame ' Wrong rear subframe ' Std swinging arm' std front undertray , The battery mount is too low ' This was welded on higher to give room for the 19" Rear mudguard, Holes in battery tray too small where toolbox mount rods have been cut off' Cuckoo land price !

Some useful pics of what appears to be an original-ish CS here:
