Modified G2 CSR Engine
Just got in touch with this modified engine ? Any feedback seems they where trying to push it hard

Wow, interesting find! Genuine CS engine.
Looks like it's had an external oil tank setup. That makes sense for competition use, because the Lightweight internal oil tank results in the oil getting too hot when thrashed...

Looks like an aftermarket batteryless ignition. The CS one was quite temperamental by all accounts, so it looks like someone lashed up an alternative.
Probably not worth trying to get that part working again. The original points assemblies are very hard to find, so I'd suggest fitting a Boyer Bransden electronic ignition.
