I would like to obtain another Cam Segment Plunger Bolt if possible, I cannot get mine out even with heat and an impact driver. I am afraid that if I continue the bolt head will get so damaged that it will never come out in the traditional way. If I can obtain a spare plunger bolt then we can use unconventional methods to remove it but it will be very damaged, so I would like to have something to replace it with. Can anyone help me with this please?
Any suggestions will be welcome.
Thanks
Dave Biles

Hi Dave,
I have had a look in my attic and found the part you are looking for, it is used and rusty but it will do the job, to remove the stubborn bolt I would apply some heat with a blow torch to the alloy casing while turning the bolt with a good socket. Send me a PM if you are interested, we must be wary of the advert police
Kind regards Colin
