This is a trivial question I know but as a restoration virgin I am figuring out how to fix the transfers Ernie has provided onto the side panels of my G2.
When I played with model aircraft you soaked the transfers and slid them into position.
Is the technique the same for a Matchless please.
Thanks Hedley

yes i beleve that it is i have recently re-applied transfers tho a Vincent tank and this was the procedure that i used. if you use slightly warm water it does seem to loosen it a bit faster. i also have a G2 but mine has caused me a few problems as it is not a normal one i have a G2 CS which i have just found out is the trials/scrambler version. have fun i have with mine. send us a pic when its done.

If In doubt why not try &
speak to Ernie as with most stockKeepers he has a first class knowlege of what he has in stock
and how to use it.
I think youre right on the water slide method its the varnish / laquer bit that's next you need to get just right for the perfect finish.
