1964 g2/csr footrests

i have recently acquired a pretty decent '64 g2. after a few trials and tribulations i got it running fairly well. it is complete, minus the footrests. anyone able to help me track down a pair, and/or help me find some images to have a pair made?
if anyone has a link to a good wiring diagram, that would be great as well...
