crikey,having a right time with this little box, got many print out strip and rebuild sheets from the forum etc, and still cant figure out the selector forks and the kickstart rachet,...there are 3 teeth on the side of the rachet gear and i,m lost aarrgh!!!!!!,regards dave

Hi Dave...............I can see you're having issues, I have a couple of gearboxes lurking somewhere do you want to pull the end cover off and take some photos of the selector forks and kickstart set up.
I cant do it till Sunday though, am going to spray my tanks and toolbox tomorrow come hell or highwater.

that would be great, problem i have is got every thing in bits when i bought, so its been a jigsaw, ha ha !!,usually i ref mark stuff as i strip it,thanks again, regards dave

turns out i am also couple parts missing, selector quadrant circlip, and selector shaft shim, doh!!!regards dave
