Aluminium gudgeon pin BUSH ON on Model 8.

The gudgeon pin bush on my Model 8, 350cc engine is well worn. It's aluminium.

If this is original, does anyone know exactly what type of aluminium so that I can have another made from the same material?

Its not aluminium, its called white metal, its a mixture of other metals, tin, lead, cadmium and zinc being the main ones. This was original fitment, I have seen these on several lightweights.

The part number for this is 042238 bush gudgeon pin. Andrew engineering sell them.They have it down as being for a 250 but the part number is the same for the 350.
