hi
i have recently acquired a 1960 Model in very good condition. It goes for its MOT at the start of January.
Whilst I have a couple of friends who are into the preservation of old bikes my knowledge of anything mechanical is zero [ at the moment ].
If anyone could offer any advice on the idea we have to change the front brake to a Twin Leading Front Shoe version.
Also the front brake cable I obtained from the spares scheme has an attachment to the front forks that is twice the size of the one on the bike. Which size would be original ?
Any comments would be most appreciated.
thanks
