Wiring diagram for 1961 G3

Post by AyJayBee »

I am restoring a G3, 1961 model and an having trouble finding a decent wiring diagram - I have scoured the net but no joy. I've got the Neil books, but cannot see clearly colour codes on the diagrams. Any ideas please?Previous owner created a spiders web of tangled wires with every conceivable connector - I am now trying to sort it all out. Thanks, Tony

I have this in hard copy format. It is worth spending time going over the diagram with felt tip pens to make the wiring process simpler.

Hi

Page 125 of the 57-66 Singles Neil book identifies the colours - or page 109 in the 57-64 Workshop instruction manual as linked by Chris above.

It is worth while adding at least a main fuse between battery and Ammeter. Other fuses could be considered
