Fuel Taps
What’s the best taps to get for my 57? Are both sides the same and do they come with filters?
Also where can i get the upgraded seal for the primary case that everyone’s talking about?
And I’m going eventually join this great club!
Thanks all
David

Re: Fuel Taps
You can put new corks in your taps or you can drop the old corks in boiling water for a few minutes and refit them. The improved chaincase seal is in the club spares.

Re: Fuel Taps
AMOC PARTS SERVICE states a lot of fuel taps, 1/8 or 1/4, push/pull or lever. You will be sure to find the right ones, according your bike's parts list. Corks are also available, but it Worth money to get new ones to avoid problems with fuels having ethanol.
Re: Fuel Taps
I can understand ethanol affecting the rubber fuel pipe, i have one needing replacement at the moment. I have not heard of it affecting the corks in the petrol tap.
