G80C r/wheel chain adjuster.

Post by CRAMMOND »

Hi All,
Can anyone help,I have 1952 G80C Rigid which I am rebuilding & have got to fitting the wheels, all the chain adjuster bits are missing & I cant find much in the way of ref/part numbers in any lists,I ordered 2 adjusters from the spares scheme # 021595S & all I got was a couple of nuts and bolts ( for £11.32 ),they appear to screw in from the outside as the inside is a larger diameter & unthreaded hole,so I presume there must be some sort of push rod/collar affair to push the wheel back.
Any ideas chaps/chapesses where I might get them or the part numbers would be greatly appreciated.
I have e-mailed the spares scheme but as yet havnt had a reply.

Many thanks.
Martin.

Hi Martin,

I guess you've got the 1952 spares list, anyhow, here it is:

... check out page 24 (25)
