I need a gear change lever for my Burman gearbox. There are a couple of second hand levers on eBay but they are quoting different dimensions.
Measuring over the splines on my gearbox with a vernier calliper, the diameter of the shaft is 0.700". The s/h ones on eBay are quoted variously as 17mm, 19mm and 3/4".
Did Burman fit different diameter shafts over the years?

Re: Burman gear change shaft dimensions.
I'd say it's the 17mm one. It's about 17.6 or 17.7mm which is about 0.70", but it's hard to measure properly. The larger one is for a late CP box.
