As I am currently searching for a chaincase for my AJS Model 18 S '52, I have been offereda chaincase from a Norton P11, would this fit?

Looking for a new chaincase!
Tin* cases changed some over the years & the road & competition were different but I think any from a H/W single would fit. Tin cases from any twin are different & would need much modification. Alloy cases, ('58-up road, '60-up comp, & all twins 58-up) would require major revision but with enough cutting & welding anything can be done.
