1967 wiring harness and switches

Post by Robert Livingston »

Hello and Happy New Year:

I am working on a 1967 wiring harness and am puzzled by discrepancies between the wiring diagram and absent switch hardware on this bike.

I suspect this may not be the original bucket. I am hoping someone can comment on the correct 67 G80 CS headlight bucket and switch configuration or an alternate schematic that is appropriate for this hardware.

I appreciate your help.

Regards,

Bob

headlamp looks correct for 67, which had a warning light fitted near the amp metre. (See 67 AMC lucas girling parts list ) The switch was fitted below the saddle ( See the 67 instruction book. )
