High level exhaust header
I want to get one of these, and a few months ago, I sent a mail to armours, but haven't any reply, and I don't expect one anymore
But would it fit my Model 18 with auto advance unit?
I ask of this because the bikes I have seen high level pipes with, has had the "flat" magneto cover.
So, does anybody know?
Kind regards, Lasse

probably not.
no reply from Armours?
quelle surprise!
if one would ` fit`, and one uses the word `fit`with caution, it would be best to get someone over here to buy one and ship it for you

I have just fitted an Armours high level pipe to a 'G80Cs', I also have a G3LS with an auto. advance 'bump' By measurement, in inches of course, the pipe will clear comfortably.

I wonder if you have misunderstood, when I say'I should ring them' I meant that you should ring them.

Lasse,
Call "Mors Bikes" and ask for the same pipe as they supplied to Ole Bay. Mors will not only answer the call or mail, they will also sell you the right pipe. And if they eventually should fail doing this, they will take it back without telling you that your bike is the problem
The problem will not be the magneto bulge to my best knowledge, but the footpegs. The pipe is layed out for competition pegs and you won't be able to fit a standard compy pipe without these. The ippe is routed above the pegs in a snug fit. In case you are sporting Jampots, you might also find a compy pipe fouls these on a road going frame.

Unless I have misunderstood Lasse, he is speaking of the high level pipe, which comes nowhere near the footrests. The pipe that requires comp. footrests is a long way from the auto advance housing.
