G80 Sidecar fitting
Hi there about to fit a sidecar on my 1950 G80 any advice regarding beefing up Forks rear shocks and a steering damper appreciated Thanks Gary

The club spares scheme sells the steering damper (but only sell to members). You can get sidecar fork springs and the same for Jampot units, not sure if you can for the candlestick rear shocks. They were thicker guage than the solo ones and need searching for. Finally the usual trick is to reduce the gearing by fitting a 350 18 tooth engine sprocket in place of the 21 tooth sprocket you probably have fitted.
