Can anyone inform me of the length of the spring for a solo model 20 AJS Jampot suspension unit and if possible a supplier or someone who would be able to make a pair.

If you intend to have a pair made you will need more than the overall length, ie wire diameter, overall diameter of finished spring and pitch. From the manual, supplied by the club (everyone should have one), the overall (free) length is 5.75" with a wire diameter of .312" for bikes 1951-1954., In 1955 the wire diameter increased to .343 ". It would be easier and cheaper to try Richard Gaunt or search th various bike jumbles.
