Hi folks,
I wonder if someone can help me.
I am putting my model 30 back together and I am finding the clutch drum is rubbing on the inner ally chain case. Are there spacer washers available to pack out the drum or am I missing something?

Re: Model 30 Clutch re-assembly
Kevin, are you trying to put alloy primary chain cases on pre 1958 engine crank cases that would have normally had pressed steel cases?
If you are the inlet camshaft housing cap will force the back of the primary chain case out, it will need to be milled back to clear it.
